Returns: Returns are not possible for custom-made products.
The price of custom sewing is formed individually because such a process requires a completely different approach compared to standard production. When a product is made to measure, an existing pattern is not used; instead, a completely new pattern is created for each model according to your dimensions, preferences, and specific requirements.
Creating a new pattern includes measuring, adjustments, testing, and corrections, which significantly increases the time required for production. Because of the additional time, expertise, and handmade work involved, the price of custom-made products is naturally higher compared to the standard offer.
The production time for custom-made products is usually up to 15 working days.
