This definition is intended to clarify our Terms of Use. When we say “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Baby Natur”, we refer to Baby Natur j.d.o.o., with its registered office at Mije Fabijančića Miškova 21, Kuče, Croatia. We provide services for selling products through our online store and informational services via the internet (hereinafter referred to as the “Services” or “Service”). These services are provided through our website www.babynatur.hr, including all its subdomains and subdirectories.

General

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the above-mentioned website, its subdomains, and subdirectories by end users. The Terms apply to this website as well as to all other websites or mobile applications owned or operated by us (individually a “Website”, collectively the “Websites”).

The term “Websites” includes all websites, related websites, interactive functionalities, applications, widgets, blogs, social networks, links to social networks, and other online, mobile, or wireless offerings associated with these Terms of Use, regardless of whether they are accessed via a computer, mobile device, or other technology.

By using the Websites, end users confirm that they agree with and accept these Terms of Use.

The right to use the Websites is a personal right of the end user and cannot be transferred to any other natural or legal person. The end user is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, if applicable.

The user acknowledges that although the internet is generally a secure environment, service interruptions or events beyond our control may occur, and therefore we cannot guarantee against data loss that may occur during the transmission of information over the internet. Although we strive to ensure continuous availability of our Websites, they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other reasons.

The user agrees and confirms that access to the Websites may be temporarily disabled or interrupted for reasons within or beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our business at any time, including but not limited to content, availability times, and equipment required to access or use the site. All legal disputes arising from the use of the Websites (unless otherwise specified by a separate agreement) fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Velika Gorica, Croatia, and will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. By using the Website, the user confirms acceptance of the jurisdiction of the Velika Gorica court for any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use the Website.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. Users are encouraged to periodically review these Terms and the Privacy Policy to stay informed about any changes.

Continued use of the Websites after changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Equipment

The user is responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own computer equipment, including software and hardware necessary to access and use the Website, as well as all related costs. We are not responsible for any damage to the user’s equipment resulting from the use of the Website.

User Conduct

Using the Website for commercial purposes such as trading, selling, or other business transactions is prohibited except for purchasing from Baby Natur j.d.o.o. Posting advertisements or offers for products or services without written permission from Baby Natur j.d.o.o. is prohibited.

It is forbidden to transmit or post obscene, offensive, threatening, indecent, illegal, or inappropriate content, as well as content that violates the rights of others or contains viruses or harmful materials. Users are responsible for any damage resulting from such actions.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to partially or fully delete user messages.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website is protected by copyright owned by Baby Natur j.d.o.o. or licensed from third parties. We also hold copyright over the editing, selection, and arrangement of the content.

The website may contain trademarks, personal names, and other intellectual property belonging to us or third parties. No content from the website may be reproduced without permission.

All photographs, images, biographical data, and other materials on this website are the property of Baby Natur j.d.o.o. Media use is permitted exclusively for editorial and promotional purposes.

Liability

Baby Natur j.d.o.o. is not responsible for any damages (including special or consequential damages) resulting from the use or inability to use any part of the Website. We strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information but cannot guarantee it.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our users. We collect only basic data and clearly inform users about how their data are used. Users can decide whether they wish to receive marketing messages. All user data are treated as strictly confidential.

Termination of Relationship

We reserve the right to terminate the relationship with any user at any time. In cases of inappropriate behavior or violation of these Terms, we may immediately deactivate user accounts or passwords.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of delivery.

Right to Modify Content

We reserve the right to modify any content on the Website at any time and for any reason without liability for possible consequences.

II. SALES

General

These terms apply to customers residing in Croatia. The buyer may be any adult person with legal capacity who accepts these terms of sale and places an order through our online store. The sales contract becomes effective upon receipt of the package.

Prices

All prices include VAT (the company is in the VAT system) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

We offer the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Card payment (one-time payment)

Product Return and Exchange

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days if the delivered product does not match the description. The request must be submitted in writing to info@babynatur.hr or by post to the company address. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Damaged packaging will not be accepted.

In cases of subjective dissatisfaction (for example, the product does not meet personal taste), the product may be exchanged or a store credit voucher may be issued.

Custom-Made Products

Products made to order are not eligible for return or exchange. The production time is usually 15 working days, but it may be longer in periods of increased demand.

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by email or post along with a copy of the receipt. Complaints are resolved within 45 days. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Damage occurring during transport is the responsibility of the customer.

Consumer Complaints

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, written consumer complaints may be submitted:

We respond to complaints within 15 days.

Orders and Delivery

Products are shipped after payment is received to the specified address. Visible damage must be reported within 1 working day.

Products in stock are delivered within 5 working days. Bank payment may affect the delivery time.

Products marked “made to order” are delivered within 10–15 working days. In case of stock shortages, the customer will be notified.

For orders above 67 EUR, delivery is free. For orders below that amount, a delivery fee applies according to the courier service price list.

Secure Online Payment

We use SSL encryption to protect user data. SSL with 128-bit encryption represents the industry standard for secure data transmission.
