Returns and Complaints

At Baby Natur, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we provide a simple and secure process for returns or complaints.

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

A return request must be submitted by email to info@babynatur.hr or by sending a written notice by post.

The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

In case of subjective dissatisfaction, we offer:

  • product replacement

  • store credit voucher for future purchases

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted by email or post, along with a copy of the receipt.

The product must be returned without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you declared unilateral termination of the contract.

Complaints are resolved within 45 days.

The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Any damage caused during transport must be reported within 1 working day.

A refund will be issued within the legally prescribed period of 14 days after receiving the returned product.
